About Us

Training house launched in 2009 by experienced trainer from the UK Joseph Holt. Joseph has trained Customer Care, Sales and Marketing skills in retail shops and call centres throughout the UK. He is qualified by the ILM, ITOL, and ICM in training techniques.

Services

In House Corporate Training

These are tailored courses to suit your company needs, held at your facility. The courses are built based on a free consultation with the Training House head trainer Joseph Holt. The courses can range from specific IT skills to generic customer care courses.

Out-House Corporate Training

These are tailored courses to suit your company needs. They are held at either the Training House Facility or Hotel conference facilities. The courses are tailored to suit your training needs from our free consultation with our head trainer. The courses for out house training can be selected from our list of courses.

Workshop

These are open workshops held at Training House facilities or Hotel conference facilities. The courses are set, standard courses where up to ten people from various companies attend to achieve a high level of corporate training in the courses we provide. The Workshops need to be booked in advance to assure space is available.

Consultancy

With a wide variety of training programs and specialists in a plethora of areas we offer consultancy services to resolve issues within your company and offer a tailored solution program.

Company Retreats / Fellowship / Team Building

Training House has a wide variety of corporate team building and fellowship solutions excellent for end of year rewards for a job well done, as well as professionally organised intensive team building exercises to build confidence and team leadership skills within the workplace.
